Avelina Mouzo Leis (27 December 1904 – 28 December 2017) was a validated Spanish supercentenarian. She was the oldest validated person living in Spain since the death of Ana Vela-Rubio on 15 December 2017, although the unvalidated cases Magdalena Oliver Gabarro and Francisco Nunez Olivera claim to be older.
Mouzo Leis was born on 27 December 1904 (but claimed to be born on 24 December) in Vilar, Cereixo, Vimianzo, Galicia. After marriage, she moved to A Ponte do Porto, Camariñas. She was a farmer for her whole life. She had three children. Only one daughter was alive on her 110th birthday. She also had 4 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Mouzo Leis died on 28 December 2017, one day after her verified 113th birthday.
