Chiyo Miyako [Japanese: 都 千代] (born 2 May 1901) is a verified Japanese supercentenarian who is, at the age of 116, the second-oldest living person in Japan and the oldest in Kanagawa prefecture. She currently lives in Yokohama.[1]

Chiyo Miyako has been the oldest living person in Kanagawa prefecture following the passing of 114-year old Kiyoko Ishiguro on 5 December 2015, who was the second-oldest living person in Japan and fifth-oldest validated oldest living person in the world at the time of her death.

She is the second-oldest living person in the world. She was officially validated by the GRG on 3 August 2015. She is the last surviving validated person born in 1901.
