Denzo Ishizaki [石崎 伝蔵 Ishizaki Denzō] (20 October 1886 – 20 April 1999) was a Japanese supercentenarian who, for a short time, was Japan's oldest living person and the world's oldest living man.

A former teacher, he lived in Ibaraki Prefecture. He became the oldest man in Japan following the death of 112-year-old Gengan Tonaki in 1997. Ishizaki became the world's oldest recognized man following the death of 113-year-old Walter Richardson on 25 December 1998. He became Japan's oldest person following the death of Yasu Akino on 12 February 1999, who was 113 years, 348 days. Ishizaki died at the age of 112 years, 191 days from multiple organ failure[1], as the ninth-oldest living person in the world. As world's oldest man, he was succeeded in title by then 111-year-old Spaniard Antonio Urrea-Hernandez. He still ranks among the 25 oldest men ever today.
