Elisabeth Collot (née Benoist) (21 June 1903 – 4 September 2016) was a French supercentenarian who was the oldest verified person living in France from the death of Eudoxie Baboul on 1 July 2016 until her own death.


Elisabeth Marie Louise Benoist was born in Haute-Marne department in the then-region of Champagne-Ardenne. In 1925, she married and the couple subsequently relocated to Echirolles, Isere department. They had six children in total.

Collot expressed surprise at her longevity during her 110th birthday, stating that God has forgotten her. She was still mentally alert at the time. She died on 4 September 2016 at the age of 113 years, 75 days.
