Elisabeth Heck
 (July 11, 1893 - Feb. 3, 2005) - was a validated German supercentenarian who was one of the oldest living person in Germany.


Elisabeth Heck was born in Eppingen as Elisabetha Johanna Stierle on July 11, 1893. The family moved to Frankfurt in 1899 where she spent her childhood and got to know her future husband Heinrich Heck, who was born May 15, 1889. They married on February 10, 1923, and in 1930 she gave birth to their only child, Hannelore Heck. Thereafter, the family moved to Königstein in 1938. Heinrich Heck died in 1949 after suffering a heart attack, and her only daughter Hannelore died in an automobile accident few years after, in 1956. Elisabeth Heck turned 110 years of age on July 11, 2003. She died on February 3, 2005 at age 111 years, 207 days.
