Elva McKittrick (née Matter) (21 December 1900 – 10 August 2011) was a verified American supercentenarian from Arizona.

Elva McKittrick was born Elva Matter in 1900 in Highland, Illinois, where her father was a businessman. She attended Illinois State Normal University and graduated as a teacher. She taught high school accounting and bookkeeping classes in Belleville, Illinois.

In 1924, Elva married Charles "Mack" McKittrick, who became an executive at IBM. The couple had two sons, and the family lived in nine U.S. cities.

When she was in her 80s, she lived independently and was still driving her car. She volunteered at a hospital as a candy-striper and also loved to play bingo.

At age 99 and at age 102, Elva underwent hip surgeries after falling and breaking bones. She came out of both surgeries fine and learned to walk again. At 107, she suffered a heart attack. She was expected to live three to five days and was in hospice care, but she bounced back.

McKittrick passed away on 10 August 2011 at Royal Oaks Lifecare Community, Arizona, at the age of 110 years, 232 days.
