Annie Stroud (née Brady; 13 October 1905 – 3 July 2016) was a British supercentenarian who is currently unverified.
Biography[]
Annie was born in Rooney Street, Stockton-on-Tees, England on 13 October 1905. After attending St Mary’s primary school, she trained as a silver service waitress. She met her late husband Jack while he was stationed with the Army at Catterick and she was a silver service waitress at the village’s Bridge Hotel. They married in Stockton, in 1930 and set up home in the region. She and Jack had three children - Ronnie, Ann and Marjorie. Jack died in 1976.
Stroud lived independently until the age of 105, when she moved to Nunthorpe Hall retirement home in Middlesbrough, England. She died on 3 July 2016 at the age of 110 years, 264 days.
