Lillian Cox (née Todd; 22 February 1907 – 10 August 2018) was an American supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group.

Biography

Lillian Cox was born as Lillian Todd in Quincy, Florida, on 22 February 1907 to Robert and Jennie Ola (née Parremore) Todd. She had one older sister, Melba, who was born in 1905. Her father died in 1916, leaving her mother to raise the two children. She married Thomas Cox in 1925, and they had a daughter, Carolyn (1927–2008).

The family moved to Tallahassee, Florida, in 1939. Lillian opened a dress shop in 1957, before selling it shortly after her husband's death in 1976. She lived in Florida for most of her life, before moving to Houston, Texas in 2011.

Cox was honored as America's oldest driver in 2008.

Lillian Cox died in Meadows Place, Texas, USA on 10 August 2018 at the age of 111 years, 169 days.
