Roger Joseph Adrien Gouzy (23 July 1905 – 13 January 2016) was a French supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). He was the oldest living man in France since the death of Philippe Vocanson on 17 January 2015, and the joint 25th-oldest living French person at the time of his death. He is currently the 14th-oldest French man ever.

Biography

Roger Joseph Adrien Gouzy worked as a chauffeur in the 1930's. After World War 2, he began working as a mechanic, sewing machines for a garment company in Sète. He had a son whom he outlived.

He lived near Narbonne in a retirement home, and could play the trumpet. He died on 13 January 2016 at the age of 110 years, 174 days.
