Florilda Desrochers (née Charette) (6 April 1905 - 8 July 2015) was a Canadian supercentenarian who is currently unvalidated. She was the joint-oldest known person in Quebec, Canada at the time of her death, along with Beatrice Naud, who died two days later.
Florilda Desrochers was born Florilda Charette on 6 April 1905 in Quebec, Canada. She was one of at least 5 children born to Leon and Arthemise (née Ouellet) Charette. Her siblings were Paul, Helene, Catherine and Armand.
Florilda married Alphonse Desrochers (1897-1977) on 19 June 1942, and had 5 children with him: Denise, Maurice, Jean-Paul, Benoit and Pauline. Alphonse passed away on 3 September 1977, aged 80, after being married for 35 years. All of Florilda and Alphonse's children are now deceased, except for Denise, who outlived her mother.
Florilda Desrochers passed away on 8 July 2015 at the age of 110 years, 93 days. She was survived by her daughter Denise, 13 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren and several cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
