Jane Piercy (2 September 1869 – 3 May 1981) was a verified Australian supercentenarian who at the time of her death was the oldest known Australian ever.

Biography

Jane Piercy was born in Bermagui, New South Wales, Australia on 2 September 1869. Piercy claimed her secret to longevity was "good nourishing food, fresh air and dancing." She won her last dance contest in 1939 at the age of 70.

Jane Piercy died in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia on 3 May 1981, aged 111 years, 243 days.
