Lillie Dorough (née Westmoreland; 12 September 1880 – 6 March 1992) was a verified American supercentenarian. She was born as Lillie Westmoreland in Royston, Franklin County, Georgia, to parents Ceborne and Elizabeth Westmoreland. Ceborne, a Civil War veteran, lived to be 95 years old. As a child, she played baseball with the soon to be professional player Ty Cobb.
On 6 March 1900, she married Travis Dorough. The couple had 6 children in total. She became a widow in 1940.
Dorough died on 6 March 1992, at the age of 111 years, 176 days, exactly 92 years after she got married.
