Ludwika Kosztyla [Polish:Ludwika Kosztyła] (3 August 1897 - 1 December 2008) was a Polish supercentenarian who is currently pending.

Mrs. Kosztyla was born in Austria-Hungary (present-day Subcarpathia Voivodeship, Poland). She lived in the town of Brzozów. Having reached the age of 111 years 120 days, she is considered to have been one of the oldest people in the history of Poland.[1][2]
