Maria Francesca Vernile-Mastronardo (née Vernile) (5 February 1904 - 17 February 2014) was an Italian supercentenarian whose case is currently pending by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG) as of January 2015.
Biography
Maria Francesca Vernile was born on 5 February 1904 in Apulia, Italy. She married a man with the last name Mastronardo. In her later years, she was known as "Franceschella". On her 110th birthday, she had a party, which was attended by her family and neighbours, the local priest, the Deputy Mayor, and the Social Services Councillor.
Maria Francesca Vernile passed away on 17 February 2014 in Apulia, Italy, at the age of 110 years, 12 days.
