Masae Okaguchi (Japanese: 岡口マサヱ) (1 August 1904 – 8 September 2014) was a pending Japanese supercentenarian.
At the time of her death, she was the oldest living person in Wakayama Prefecture. She lived in Kashimadai, Tanabe City. According to the family of Mrs. Okaguchi, she got sick and was admitted to the hospital in May 2014. On her 110th birthday, she was visited by Tanabe's mayor, Mitsutoshi Manago. She passed away in the nursing home she was living in on 8 September 2014 at the age of 110 years, 38 days.
Upon her death, Mrs. Yoshie Satake became the oldest living person in Wakayama Prefecture.
