Roger Gouzy (23 July 1905 – 13 January 2016)[1] was an unverified French supercentenarian. He was the oldest living man in France since the death of Philippe Vocanson on 18 January 2015 and the joint 25th-oldest living French person. He is the seventh-oldest French man ever.


Roger Joseph Adrien Gouzy worked as a chauffeur in the 1930's. After World War 2, he began working as a mechanic, sewing machines for a garment company in Sète.

He lived near Narbonne in a retirement home and could play the trumpet. He died on 13 January 2016 at the age of 110 years, 174 days.
