Totaro Murakami (21 February 1895 – 30 July 2004) was Japan's oldest living man for 18 days, from the 12 July 2004 death of Minsho Ozawa to his own death on 30 July 2004. He died at age 109 years, 160 days. Muarakami missed supercentenarian status by almost seven months. He was succeeded as Japan's oldest living man by Kohachi Shigetaka, who held the title until his own death at age 110 years, 54 days on 3 July 2005.
